China ZTC160V451 truck crane, which integrates China’s decades’ experience in
designing and manufacturing mobile cranes with advanced technologies, is a new-generation
and high-performance product developed to meet the market demands. Its performances such as
lifting height, main boom length, working speed and lifting capacity, etc., have achieved advanced
international level.
Manual proportional hydraulic control is adopted for the hosting, derricking, slewing and
telescoping mechanisms, characterized in their flexibility, convenience stability, reliability and
stageless speed adjustment.
Safety devices such as safety valves, balance valves, hydraulic locks and braking valves are
installed in the hydraulic system, so as to prevent accidents due to overloading or rupture of oil
lines. The superstructure operation valve adopts the anti-saturated flow technology, which can
ensure that the hydraulic oil flow is independent from lifted load and therefore guarantee stability
and synchronization of compound movements
China ZLJ5260JQZV5 full-width 3-axle is installed in the crane. The driver’s cab has
streamlined contour, wide holistic field of view, and sound and comfortable interiors. Each
operating mechanism control adopts user-friendly design. An electric control engine conforming
to Chinese National Stage V emission standard is installed, whose control system uses CAN bus
technology and is capable of conducting self-diagnosis function. A 6-speed transmission is
installed in the crane, and 6x4 drive is adopted. The hydraulic power steering is convenient and
flexible. Operation safety and reliability is ensured through various safety devices such as the
load moment limiter and the hoisting limit switch, etc, as well as complete illumination, which is
convenient for crane operations at night.
