1. Accuracy: Standard BW3625 from CFDA was used to test the accuracy and the value was between 85%-115%. HAEMOGLOBIN A1c ConTROL SET (HbA1c CONTROL) from RANDOX Laboratories were used to test the accuracy and the relative deviation was less than 15%.
2. Detection Sensitivity: The difference of the absorption value (ΔA) should be bigger than 0.03 when the sample with 15% HbA1c was tested.
3. Precision: Intra-Assay Precision was less than 10.0% and Inter-Assay Precision was less than 15.0%
4. Linearity: The detectable concentration of the HbA1c was between 2-14%.
