1. before the order to be /confirm/ied, we should check the products material and colour by sample which should be strictly.
2. We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
3. Every chair and table quality checked & cleaned before packing.
4. Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality.
5. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
Payment terms
30% deposit TT in advance, 70% balance against the copy of BL.
100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.

1. Can I get a Sample before mass order?
Yes, of course, sample is available, buyer need to pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, Buyers can use their own express collect account or prepay us if you do not have an account. the samples will be ready delivered in 3-7 days via express and arrive in 3-5 days.2. What is your MOQ?
Usually 200 pcs per model for chairs and 50 pcs per model for tables . But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need. We will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.3. Do you have the OEM service?
YES, we can design and produce by your sample and requirements.
The size, packaging method and finishing method also can be based on your requirements.4.What is your payment term?
Our payment term is TT 30% deposit, 70% balance payment against the copy of B/L OR 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.5. Could you please tell me the Warranty Period of your product?
Our warranty period is 12 month, and if the product we sell is damaged (if not man-made damage), we will refund you new products in the next order.6. What about the leading time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the product. Usually our leading time is 15-25 days after order /confirm/ied.
