Principle
The Syphilis Diagnostic Test Kit is a rapid visual immunoassay for the qualitative, presumptive detection of IgM and IgG antibodies to Treponema Pallidum(TP) in human Whole Blood, serum or plasma specimens. This kit is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of syphilis.
Test Procedure
1. Remove the test from the foil pouch by tearing at the notch and place it on a level surface.
2. Holding a sample dropper vertically, add 10 ul(the second tick mark line) of whole blood or
serum or plasma into the sample pad behind the arrow mark at the bottome of test. Add
one drop of dilution buffer(provided) from the bottle directly onto the sample pad.
3. Wait for 15 minutes and read results.
