One Step Chlamydia Swab/Urine Test is a rapid immuno-chromatographic test for the visual detection of Chlamydia trachomatis antigen in female endocervical swab or male penile swab and urine specimens. This test adopts double antibody sandwich method detects the presence of Chlamydia trachomatis antigen.
Performance:
A. Detection limit
For Chlamydia trachomatis, the lowest detection limit of the test is 5*104 IFU/ml.
B. Sensitivity and Specificity
80 Chlamydia trachnomatis positive samples and 220 Chlamydia trachnomatis negative samples which had been confirmed by the hospital were tested both by the One Step Chlamydia Swab/Urine Test kit and ELISA Chlamydia trachnomatis Test kit. The results of sensitivity and specificity between the two methods are shown below.
