Receiving design & translating

The design is received at our center. A Chinese staff member who has attended college for a minimum of 3 years, and who has passed an English competence test, will review your detailed instructions for your design. once our staff member clearly understands your instructions, they will translate the instructions into Chinese. If there are any questions regarding your design, our staff is free to ask our hongkong managers on staff to clarify any confusion.
Design will be place in our queue

The design with corresponding instructions will be placed in our computer system. Our turnaround time is 24 hours, so the computer system will keep track of the design and make sure that the design is completed in time for the 24 hour turnaround time.
Digitizing & self review

Our Chinese digitizer will extract the design from our computer systems queue and begin digitizing your design. once the digitizer has completed your design, they will review the design and insure that all of the instructions have been followed. Sew out

The design will be given back to the staff member that originally translated the design. This staff member will insure that all of the instructions were followed. “once it has been verified that all of the instructions have been completed, we will”
Hongkongmanager reviews design

Our HongKong managers will inspect the sew out. They will make sure that the sew out follows the customers instructions. Furthermore, the HongKong manager will also ensure that the design meets our fourfold criteria for a perfect design which are, clear lettering, the right amount of stitches (we make sure the design does not have too many or too little stitches), efficient stitching (meaning that there are not excessive trims, and the stitching order is as efficient as possible), and overall aesethics .
Sending you your design
once your design is complete our customer service staff will input the design into our system, which will allow the design to be automatically emailed to you.
Edits

Our extensive system of quality controls ensures that the majority of our designs do not require edits. However, if your design does require an edit, steps 1 to 5 will be repeated and we will make sure that your edit is returned to you in 1 to 4 hours.
