1. What is the grade of stainless steel for your products?
We use Stainless Steel Grade 304 for ALL of our products.
2. Is it hard to assemble your wire shelving?
Simply attach the aluminum split sleeves to the notch on the posts you want your shelf on, slide the shelf down onto the sleeves, and push (or use a rubber mallet) to secure the shelf. Repeat the process for units with more shelves. Our products come with an installation guide to help you through the process. You could also refer to our video online.
3. What is the distance between shelves?
Our Wire Shelving posts have notches every inch that allow shelves to be adjusted, so you can make the space between your shelves as short or tall freely.
4. What are the technical specifications of your wire shelving?
Specifications for wire shelving sized 730(W) and below are 6.0mm, 3,0mm, and 4.5mm. For 731(W) and above are 6.35mm, 3,715mm and 4.763mm.
5. Where do you manufactured your products?
All our products are manufactured in Penang, Malaysia.
6. Can i ask for the "Country of Origin"?
Yes, ALL of our products are made in Malaysia, we only provide the Certificate of Origin upon request.
