We have developed an external controller for ultrasonic ground detect that can be put on ANY ultrasonic generator no matter what brand or where it is located in the world.

We have added a signal that will be a busy signal, you can put into a PLC.


This will tell them that it is workingIt will tell them if the cut has been done correct


In case of the ground detect is not activated the signal busy will stay on so you can have an error on there PLC after a certain time.


Setting the Ground detect:


1.First you need to push both buttons at the same time, to enter in the MODIFY mode, 2.Set New time, using the buttons up or down.3.Press both buttons and to save the new time.
