Welding Robot Features:
1,Max. arm reach 1720mm 20KG Payload. Highly compact design and offers choices of floor,upside-down or angle mount installations.Large working space, fast running speed and high repeating positioning precision, and is very suitable for welding, spraying, loading and unloading, handling,sorting, assembly application etc and the like and other applications.
2,It is equipped with safety emergency stop board independent of control system and adopts safety relay circuit to provide double circuit emergency stop to ensure the reliability of emergency stop.
3,All robot body cables use high flexible cables special for robots
4,Built-in three-phase transformer, 380V and 200V isolation, more stable power supply. Built-in three-phase filter,effectively improve the EMC and EMI performance .
5,Providing dual-circuit air pipe, to meet the needs of welding and handling.
6,Hollow inner diameter of 6th axis is 46mm, can meet installation of water cooling gun , bellows welding gun etc

yes, our Robot can connect to Fronius, Miller, Lincoln or SKS welding power sources with analog control mode(any brand welding power sources which has robot interface can do) ;
but for digital welding power source, need matching and test (so far we only support Magmeet and OTC brand digital welder)

CRP: 20% deposite in advance and 80% payment balance before shipment.
Q10: What's your delivery time ?
If there are robots in stock, can ship out within 3 days; if no stock, will need around 12-15days for preparation.
