Main vacuum process
Place the mold on the elevating platform and connect the exhaust port of mold to the vacuum tank. Seal the mold by lifting it to thermoplastic sheet.The elevating platform is control by the hydraulic lift whose speed can be adjusted.The tensile properties and the vacuum degree of vacuum tank could affect the suction effect.
