Product Description
Application of hydroxymethyl glycine sodium:
Sodium glycinate is an efficient and broad-spectrum preservative, which can effectively inhibit gram positive bacteria, gram negative bacteria, yeasts and moulds. This product is 50% sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate aqueous solution, can be used for shampoo, perm agent, Hair Coloring agent, conditioner, soap, shampoo and other alkaline detergents and cosmetics. The general dosage is 0.2 ~ 0.6%. Features: This product is still very stable in the solution of pH 3~12, so it can be used in strong alkaline cosmetics and washing products.
The scope and dosage: China's "Hygienic Standards for uses of food additives" (GB2760 - 1996) states: for ice cream, maximum dosage is 0.3g/kg; 2.5 g/kg; jelly, instant noodles, noodles, 0.2 g/kg; 0.5 g/kg; solid beverage, jam, 1 g/kg.
FAO/WHO: may be used alone or in combination with other thickeners. For mayonnaise, 5 carrot (FAO/WHO; canned products containing butter or other fat), fermentation after heat treatment and flavored yogurt products, 10 g/kg; 30 g/kg; cold drinks, canned sardines and sardine canned fish products, 20 g/kg; chub mackerel and horse mackerel, 60 g/kg (only for packing); frozen fish and fish (only use bread flour and bread to feed materials wrapped with GMP limit).
