For ex. you want to make 4cm width tape, you will need 4cm width mould.
u want to make 4.5cm width tape, u will need 4.5cm width mould etc.
4. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: NO.689 WENHUA WEST ROAD,Shangqiu,Henan,China.
We can pick you up in Zhengzhou international airport then to our factory, or you can take the train from Shanghai, Beijing or other cities to our city, then we will pick you up in trian station.
5. Q: What is the warranty of your machine?
A: The warranty is one year, we can replace the broken parts for free (wearing parts not included) in the warranty period.
6. Q: How to make color tapes?
A: we can put some color paste in the glue to get them, our technician will give you the formula of the paste when installing machine for you.
7. Q: The woking voltage in our country is different from yours, can you change to fit ours?
A: Normally, there are 380v and 440v, we can change as you want!
