DETAILED DEscriptION
The HCRT series is a modular sputter web coating system. Every function (unwinding, processing of front-side, rewinding) is installed in a separate vacuum module. It's designed for flexible materials in a roll to roll vacuum process with magnetron sputtering or thermal evaporation coating technology.
Modular design concept, strip deviation correction system, plasma pretreatment, magnetron sputtering system / thermal evaporation coating system, online measurement and process control system, flexible combination of electron beam evaporation. The film has good uniformity, high deposition efficiency and fast coating speed.
