Product Description1.1 Overview
The SFVA 4715 all-glass vacuum tube is composed of two layers of borosilicate glass inside and outside.The outer surface of the inner tube is coated with a selective absorption coating with high absorption rate and low emissivity, and the space between the two tubes is evacuated to form a vacuum.
SFVA all-glass vacuum tube is the core component of tubular solar water heater.
1.2 Structure
SFVA 4715 consists of Inner glass tube, Outer glass tube, Selective absorbing coating, Spring clamp and Getter.
1.3 Working Principle
The solar vacuum collector by the selective absorption coating (AL/N/AL/SS/CU coating) on the outer surface of the inner tube with high absorption rate and low emissivity to absorb solar energy, and the space between the two tubes is evacuated to form a vacuum, which can effectively prevent the loss of heat.

• Use borosilicate glass, which has good light transmission, heat resistant temperature difference reaches 200 °C, strong resistance to cold and heat shock, and low probability of bursting.
