Warranty:
We provide 1 year warranty for all of our laser machines. We will fully train our customer by professional
technician after the order /confirm/ied. If the equipment has problems during the work and our customer
can not sort it himself, our technician will help to troubleshoot it within 12 hours. If big problems
happened and our customer could not sort it himself, we would send our engineer to buyer place for
repairing it. Buyer need to provide our engineer with air tickets and free accommodation.
Quality Control:
To insure the good quality of our laser machines, we have a skilled and strict Quality Inspection Team.
We also have our own R&D department and we possess the core technology, such as the laser power
supply and laser controller. The materials are all strictly inspected before entering to our warehouse.
All finished machine we shipped out are 100% strictly tested by our QC department and engineering
department.
Payment:
We have many ways of getting payment, such as T/T (Bank transfer), Western Union, Papal, Escrow
etc. Basically, the payment ways can be decided by our customer. In fact, we accept bank transfer
only for large Quantities order. For small orders, It's better pay via Western union or T/T.
Delivery Time:
Usually, the lead time for one set is 1-3 working days after we get deposit. For big order, it’s up to the
real quantity. We have many shipping agents in our place and cooperated very well, so that we can
provide you with best shipping price and good services. Also, you can have your own agent if you want
to ship it by yourself.
Package:
Each machine is well packed with standard wooden case according to the international rules. In order to
insure the shipping safety, we have done a lot of works for the package to protect the laser machines
and laser parts.
import taxes:
As for the big value of the machine, in order to save the import taxes for our customer, we usually ask
our customer how much value we should write in the invoice when we ship the machine out. Different
countries have different policy, we try our best to help each of our customers to reduce import taxes
or duty by declaring a lower value than its actual value.

world. So we sincerely welcome the customized and OEM orders for the laser machines. The customer
only need to provide us with the customized details, such as: Logo drawings, function requirements
