Sunrise Stone always pay lots of attention on kitchen seams, because this is very important for a kitchen, color match and edge profile match at seams will effect how the kitchen look like.Kitchen Island:
Each kitchen will have a island, the size and design will be done according to customer's need.
Edge Profile:Sunrise Stone have lots of edge profile for customer to choose, Beveled, Bullnose, Eased etc....
ProcessingSlab Cutting:
Sunrise Stone always choose the best block to cut the slab for orders,then use bridge cutting machine to cut the size accordng to the design, from choosing block to cut the slab, it will take about 3-4 days to finish, but depend on order quantity.
Edge/Sink Cutout Polishing:
After countertop is cut, we will make the sink cutout, edge profile, and then polish the sink and edge, for this step, it will take about 4-5 days to finish it. But depend on order quantity.
Inspection:
We put kitchen countertop on ground and inspect all details,sink hole,faucet hole,seams match etc....and then make the package
