Product Description
The working principle of the spray tower is the pollutants in the gas is separated into harmless substances, in order to achieve the goal of purifying gas, which belongs to the differential contact countercurrent, the tower body filler is a basic component of gas-liquid contact. After the gas entering the tower body enters the tower body, the gas enters the packing layer, the filling layer has the spray liquid from the top and the spray liquid in front, and forms a layer of liquid film on the filler. When the gas flows through the gap, it contacts with the filling
liquid film and takes up the absorption or neutralization reaction. The packing layer can provide a large enough surface area. The gas flow, and not to cause too much resistance, the gas absorption or neutralized by mist eliminator after collection, is exhausted out from the air outlet outside the tower.



The absorbent is the main media for the treatment of exhaust gas, the nature and concentration of it is based on the different nature of exhaust gas to match, the processing unit of gas consumption, is determined by the ratio of molar flow calculation of the sorbent with inert gas.



The exhaust gas is sucked by the fan from the air duct and passes through the packing layer from bottom to top. The circulating absorber is uniformly sprayed into the packing layer by the top nozzle through the high efficiency nozzle, and flows downward along the surface of the packing layer and enters the circulating water tank. Because of the ascending and descending of absorbent constant contact in the filling, in the rising air liquid concentration is more and more low, to the top of the tower when meet the emissions requirements on the liquid liquid under the action of gravity flows into a liquid storage tank, and a circulation pump out of circulation.

5.Configuration: The vertical anticorrosion pump in the spray tank inside the towerbody can be idled, no dry burning, no leakage and easy to maintain. The auxiliary water tank is controlled by floating ball, automatic water feeding and no manual maintenance.
6.Inner packing layer: adopt new grille board, multi-face hollow ball, increase the area of air flow, improve the absorption effect in the tower.

7.Fillers: Adopt φ50 multi - sided hollow ball.The filler has the advantages of anti-corrosion,large absorption area, good ventilation effect, high gas speed, large blade and low resistance.Large specific surface area can fully solve the gas-liquid exchange.It has the characteristics of small resistance, high operating flexibility and so on.
