●Auto Tensionless Checking- Speed is controlled by an adjustable light Roller Accumulator for fabric input& output automaticsynchronization.
●Full Width Fabric Inspection- With 60 degree fixed angle inspection screen.
●Stable Running&Easy Operation-PLC controlling,Touching Screen operation, simple!
●Accurate Length Counting(Y/M)- Counting error ≤0.1m/km,Bow/banana roller to eliminate fabric creases and roll distortions.
●Accurate Fabric Edge Controlling- Edge alignment error ≤10mm.
●Sampling-Fabric sample can be taken by automatic linear cutter and the rest fabric can be stitched by automatic sewing machinefor on going checking.(option)
