Green peas, a pod shaped vegetable contains a spherical green coloured tasty pea. Green peas are packed with health benefits, which is derived from its nutritional content. Green peas contains high amount of protein, vitamins (B complex vitamins) and minerals (sodium and iron).Swadhika foods exports premium quality frozen IQF green peas and it is produced through the following process under hygienic condition. The fresh green peas are mechanically, washed, de podded, blanched, dewatered and frozen using IQF. The Frozen peas are put through a sieve, inspected, packed and fed through a metal detector and stored at -18°C.
