Deionized apple juice concentrate is prepared by cleaning,multi-level disposable water spraying, picking, crushing, squeezing, enzymolysising, ultra-filtrating,deionizing,sterilizing and concentrating from fresh and ripe apples which not from GMO. The products are preserved under cold storage environment in -18℃.
Deionized apple juice concentrate is in 70 Brix which appears apparent clean and tastes sweet, the juice concentrate got its unique flavor and nutrition components of natural apple when diluted to 11.5 Brix.
