PRODUCTION PROCESS:
a)The first step of our production process is to receive the material and the Accessories.The strict measures are taken during the inspection to ensure that the material conforms with the specifications, even though it is purchased from the approved vendors. The defective material is rejected.
b)only the approved material is brought into the cutting process. The cutting is done to obtain the approval of the quality assurance department before using a pattern to ensure that the perfect pattern is being used.
c)The stitching department is provided with the Cuttings according to the marking assigned by the cutting department.
The stitching is carried out under strict measures. The stitching starts after the production & the approval of a single product of ongoing order.
d)The quality assurance department performs the In-Process inspection at regular intervals to ensure that the product is being stitched/produced as per the provided instructions and specifications.Then passed to the inspection department where the thorough inspection (which includes the inspection of Stitching, Labeling, Sizing, Style etc) is carried out by the well-trained & experienced personals. The Product is sent for rework if any non-conformance found.
e)The Inspected product are advanced for packing. The packing department packs the garments according to the provided directions.
f)Before shipping, the quality assurance department performs the random checking of the products to make certain that the quality of the products being dispatched is as per the required standards.

1: Can I get samples?
We provide free stocking sample but you should pay freight charges by own, but if you need customize sample, you should pay for the sample cost and the freight. customize sample takes US$100/style/color/size with freight collect according to your requirements. But it is refundable after order taken. we refund sample charges if order have same design, but the sample cost will not be refunded if the design is changed by the customers.
2: How can I get your price list?

3: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
YES, OEM always welcome, please contact us to talk the detail quantity. Then send us the artwork by email in .pdf, jpeg and .AI format.
4: What is your OEM service procedures?
a:Confirm the artwork from customer and modify to fit produce.
b:Making counter sample within 7-1 0 days(sample fee required and will be back after the order).
c:After the quality, the price, and packing details are /confirm/ied. we can start mass production.
d:Confirm the shipment detail of products and the goods can be shipped after inspection.
5: Can the products are packaged as our design?
Yes, paper card, box, OPP bags, whichever you can imagine, we will surely make best package for you as your full requirements.
6: Can you make other products which is not shown in your website?
Yeah! we can. We didn't put all kinds of products in our website, even we are trying to develop new products every time. So just email us what you want and show photos to us, and you will be contacted.
