Product characterist
This marking machine with integrated systems of sensor system, micro computer systerm, pneumatic system, hydraulic walking system. It can make both base line and raising vibrating line at same time.
1,The control system of the machine is controled by computer intelligence program and performed by pneumatic elements. It has two functions of automatic control and manual control. The automatic control function could mark the raising line in specific lenth and space which was programmed as per specification on engineering drawings. It is easy to control and operate. The manual functions is used for debugging equipment, cleaning coating bucket and some exceptional circumstances.
2,The walking system of the machine adopts a hydraulic stepless speed changing device imported from abroad. It can work at ideal speed by shift the speed changinghandle when marking lines. And could move forward or back at any time which ensure the line marking project quality and time.
3,The paint bucket was manufactured carefully, esay to operate, walks smoothly. The marking lines marked by it are of good effect, uniform coating, neat shape, clear edges and corners.
4,The matched beads device's structure is advanced, compacted and convenient for operating. Also, it is flexible, and not necessary to change any parts for marking lines width of 100mm, 150mm and 200mm, the beads spraying rate could meet standard of GB5768.
