High temperature silicone rubber is formulated to withstand intermittent spikes of273.89Centigrade(525Fahrenheit )temperature operation. Aside from temperature resistance and inherent highflexibility, this silicone rubber has an excellent resistance to water, good electrical insulation properties and inertcompounds to resist fungus and mold growth. Exceptional electrical, moisture and chemical resistance, extremelystable and suitable for using with many acids and alkalis. Retains high flexibility.
Commonly used in applications over 260Centigrade(500Fahrenheit). Industrial applications include food processing,packaging, refrigeration, furnaces, lighting, gaskets for crank shaft housings, sumps, gear boxes, water pumps, gasappliances, flues, pipes.
