How to control the quality?
1.IQC(incoming quality control), we have our own lab to test the battery capacity, high and low Temperature, waterproof case test, current, Voltage and so on →2.manager produce one golder sample→start to produce as the golder sample→3.IPQC(input process quality control), we will test the HDMI, wifi, AV, USB charger, TF card function→4.FQC (Final Quality Control),first we will aged 8-12hours, then we test with the TF card one by one →5.OQC(Outgoing Quality Control), QC will do final inspection depend on your OEM requirement, make sure all OEM details is correct, such as the sticker, package, user manual and software.
