•Dimensional accuracy and stability produces parts that are durable and dimensionally stable, while maintaining close tolerances.
•Heat resistant and the Strength and weight of Aluminium HPD Die Castings parts are stronger than plastic injection moldings having the same dimensions.
•Thin wall castings are stronger and lighter than those possible with other casting methods.
•Aluminium HPD Die Castings do not consist of separate parts welded or fastened together, the strength is that of the alloy rather than the joining process.
•Aluminium HPD Die Castings parts can be produced with smooth or textured surfaces and they are easily plated or finished with a minimum of surface preparation.
•Simplified Assembly of Aluminium HPD Die Castings provide integral fastening elements, such as bosses and studs. Holes can be cored and made to tap drill sizes, or external threads can be cast.
Flow Similation
For the large and the complex parts, we make the flow simulation for analysis. Dies are designed as 3D solid models.

4. How to get a quotation?

5. Which payments can you accept?
-------In fact,we would like to accept almost any payment.Of course the price will be different according to the payment.T/T is preferred. 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

7.How can you keep your promise about quality?
-------It is a good question. We have independentquality department to check every step by IQC, IPQC, OQC. If there is any defective items we will take corrective action to ensure elimination of the root cause of defects. When you get the goods and find there is defect after check. We promise to accept your asked return at our costor provide replacement free.
8. When will you ship the die casting units or the T1 sample?
-------Normally, it takes 15-30 business days for the parts and 20-60 business days for the mold after getting your deposit, as the size and design is different. We have a system to ensure the time.
9. How to ship?
The freesample or small order is usually sent byTNT, FEDEX, UPS etcand the big order is sent by air or seaafter clients /confirm/i.
