Answer: I use alchool and once in a while a wash with water and regoular liquid soap but u have to dry it really well, remember use it always on a clean skin.

Answer: After you put batteries in, twist the bottom and it will start to vibrate. Then you just push it from the area below your eyes towards the outside of your face. You can do this in different areas of your face and neck. Make sure to put a moisturizer or serum on before use for easier gliding :)

Answer: Aside from the great feeling on your face, "supposedly" it helps to push different serums(moisturizers) into your skin. Not completely sure if it, in fact, does but I use it for that.
