1. Can we get the samples freely?
A: Sorry, you need to pay for the sample cost and the courier cost. You can use your own express collect account or prepay to us if you do not have an account.
The sample cost can be refunded if the order qty is or more than 500 pieces.
2. How longto makeand receive the samples?
A:Normally, it takes 3-5 working days tomake samples. And takes 3-4 wokings day from our office to your office by courier. Totally 6-9 working days for you to get samples after ordering.
3. Packing way
A:The normal packing isindividually inplastic bag, severalinto a outer cartonwhich 6 sides are protectedwith polyfoam. You can choose pallet packed after cartons.
4. What kind of terms of delivery you accept?
A:EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CNF, CIF or door to door, all of them are acceptable. You can choose the one which is conveninet or cheapest for you.
