Built-in Smart BMS with SMBUS ,HDQ or I2C interfaceIntroductionCharging voltage is between 14.2v-14.6v. This range will allow the battery to fully charge any higher then this and the built in BMS will send the battery into a protect mode.The Built-in BMS also has with equalizing function ,we will reserve aconnector for equalization charger ,customers also can use Equalizationchargers.We built passive cell balancing into our BMS so that you never have to worry about your battery becoming unbalanced.Our BMS also has a temperature protection function to ensure that the battery can operate under negative temperature ,If you don't need the battery to operate at a negative temperature, we can also set it.OUR BMS is very smart ,and can set many parameters according to ustomers requests.Our batteries are very simple to install, simply connect your positive cables to the positive terminals and your negative cables to the negative terminal. Our battery pack also support to connect inparallel or series configurations (up to 48v). Our batteries come standard with a Circular style terminal post. These terminals include a 3/8” hole that allows for most ring terminals to work well with our batteries. For the best connection, we recommend either copper or brass ring terminals.Multiple battery pack may be mounted in parallel in order to increase the current capacity of the system. When batteries are mounted in parallel, the voltage does not change, but the current will double. For example, two12V 100Abatteries mounted in parallel can deliver 200A continuousl and 500A for 10-30 seconds. Therefore, all cables and connectionsmust be able tobear the high currents that can be delivered by the battery. Appropriate fuses and circuit breakers are also highly recommended to protect downstream components from current spikes and short circuits2 battery packs may be mounted in series to increase the voltage of the system up to a 24V system When batteries are mounted in series, current capacities and discharge current remain the same, but the system voltage is additive.should be charged using a charger voltage of 28.8V, and a float voltage below 27.2V.
Storage
The cell shall be storied within -10°C ~ 35°C range environmental conditions. If the cell has to be stored for a long time (Over 3 months), the environmental condition should be:
Temperature: 23 ± 5°C
Humidity: 65 ± 20%RH
The voltage for a long time storage shall be3.3V ~ 3.4V range.
Warranty:
The period of warranty is 24 months from the date of shipment.
