We have about 12,000 square meter clean production area, with 700 employees including 120 high experienced management team and 20 R&D engineers. Our monthly output of power adapters reaches 1,200,000pcs Our factory is equipped with full production and testing machines, i.e.Independent automatic electronic controlled system / temperature controlled aging room, can monitor every aging product on line, using scientific IE method to save time of product internal transportation distance in factory ( the aging room is advanced type in the industrial filed )Several standard automatic production line ( automatic insertion etc ), every manufacturing step is precisely controlled; There are 6 sets of automatic wave soldering machine in the production line.We have independent reliable lab. That means we can do the testing of switching power supplies on electrical performance, construction, safety and internal reliability to continuously improve our product quality.Independent EMC test shielding room to make sure the product are EMC compliant.Management and Product Design Concept:In order to meet the requirements of RoHS, WEEE, REACH and CPSIA, we build up the scientific control system. We already got the RoHS, WEEE, REACH and CPSIA approval by the third parties. Our products are compliance with UL/CUL, FCC, ICES-300,CE,GS,CB,SAA,C-TICK,MEPS,PSE,KC/KCC,BS,CCC,EMC and other safety standards to meet the worldwide market demands. All of our products were Energy Star, ERP, CEC, low carbon and green environmental protection requirements.Our products range is from 5W to 120W, including interchangeable plug power adapter series ( 6W, 15W, 18/24W and 36/48W ).
