K agent:
Release Ratio is K agent 1:19 super purified water.
The mixing container must be PP or PE base container, and before mixing have to wash with super purified water.
K agent after mixing has to place for 24hours before use. Also depends on the local temperature, if sprayed on items and have like water drops, means the K agent haven’t been placed enough, or the base primer is too dry. Especially PU primer is very dry, not easy to adjust the surface tension.
If you are in rush to use, then there are two options:
1/ put the mixing K agent container into hot water or place the K agent container into baking unit with 70-80C for 60min.
2/ put the K agent container and boil the K agent. Wait to cool down to under 60C, then can begin to use. After boil you also can cool down by place into cold water or fridge, to fasten the cooling.
K agent has a small certain irritation, do not directly smell or contact with the skin, if skin was in contact, wash with water
K agent after mixing can only be valid for 2-3days, so don’t mix too much, except for large quantity production.
A agent:
A agent 1:1:18 super purified water
Use PE or PP base container. Take the super purified water from the machine.
If the material comes in A1 and A2 compounds, mix A1 and A2 first, then mix with water.
B agent:
B agent 1:19 super purified water
Use PE or PP base container. Take the super purified water from the machine.
S agent:
S agent 1:19 super purified water
Use PE or PP base container. Take the super purified water from the machine.
*After using the material, Close the material container tightly to prevent evaporation
