Product DescriptionLive Spanish MossThis moss is alive and is considered an air plant. It does not need soil to survive. Most craft stores will sell Spanish moss but it will be dead. It's used for floral arrangements, bedding for bird cages and terrariums. Mostly used for arts and crafts. It is green/gray in color. The Moss will be harvested the day of sale and cleaned. It can be used outdoors. If you want to use it indoors, you must put the moss in boiling water and let dry. Package will contain care instructions. My price may be a few dollars more than the others - but I take the time to clean the moss for your immediate use. I do not just harvest and place in bag. This moss gets a sudsy bath, rinsed and cleaned of debris.
