Our company has specialized in frozen seafood manufacturing and processing for over 43 years, with the majority of customers located in Japan. We offer a wide variety of seafood processing, including fish, squid, shrimp, and etc. Complementing our main frozen seafood products, we have a bread manufacturing facility and are able to offer other frozen food manufacturing services as well.
Our factory meets high quality international standards, certified by GMP, HACCP and ISO17025 is expected in 2019. There are over 1,000 skilled production staff members and we have machineries, warehouses, and cold storage facilities to support frozen food product manufacturing.
Our current production capacity is at over 1,000 tons per year for each product line, and can accommodate up to 3,000 tons per year for total production. Currently, the mainstay of the production lines includes fish, squid, bread, and other frozen convenience foods, including other minor production lines.Our Services

For our services :
1. Cuttlefish skinning: Removal of thin cuttlefish skin using specialized equipments and skill sets to ensure no marking on the product.
2. Cuttlefish slicing: Slicing cuttlefish with Japanese slicing knives and slicing machineries to weight and sizing specifications.
3. Tentacle cutting: Octopus and cuttlefish tentacles cutting, Japanese style, for wooden skewers and takoyaki. This cutting procedure will minimize the product wasting.
4. Fillet cutting: A unique cutting by experts using specialized sharpen knives following a strict procedure to maintain the freshness of the fish.
5. Pin bone removal: Pin bone removal by experts using specialized equipments to maintain intact fillet, ensure no marking, and produce sanitary and safe products.
6. Breading: Applying breadcrumbs to raw materials. We use fresh breadcrumbs produced using our special formula. Fresh breadcrumbs will result in a softer consistency compared to dry breadcrumbs.
7. Ready to eat: Pre-cooked and seasoned food products that only require microwave heating before consumption.
8. Ready to cook: Pre-processed and seasoned food products that only require grilling, boiling or frying before consumption. This is an ideal option to ensure consistency in tastes for food businesses with several branches.
