The whole structure is made of steel die casting, which is finished after artificial aging and solid solution treatment, so that the beam rigidity, surface quality, integrity and other performance are all excellent. At the same time, it has the characteristics of high flexibility, which can achieve high-speed cutting of all kinds of graphics under the condition of satisfying the precision.
HEAVY DUTY PLATE WELDING BED
The machine bed is welded with a 12mm and 16mm thick carbon structural steel misaligned honeycomb structure, machined after stress relief annealing, and then subjected to vibration aging and natural aging treatment, so that the stress of welding and machining can be completely eliminated, and the bed is guaranteed. Excellent rigidity and high precision, can maintain normal use for 20 years without deformation.
EXCHANGE PLATFORM
Adopting Chain-type parallel exchange platform, the inverter controls the exchange motor, the chain transmission system achieves fast and stable exchange of the table, stronger rigidity and higher precision, saving feeding time and the platform exchange only needs 10-15s.
PARTITION DUST REMOVAL SYSTEM
Partition dust removal system can dedusting each processing area of the worktable separately. The worktable can be divided into 4 areas, 6 areas, 8 areas, etc. according to the size of the worktable. When the laser head is fixed in a certain area or several certain areas, the partition dust removal system can be individually dedusting in the certain areas according to the customer's processing needs,can increase the dust removal effect in this area and produce better workpieces.
AUTOMATIC OIL LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The automatic oil lubrication system automatically and regularly lubricates the rails, slide blocks, racks, gears, etc. to extend the machine life. It control by the software, usually there are two ways to oil, one is set the time, another one is according to the running milieage.
TOUCH SCREEN MonITORING SYSTEM
The machine adopts bigger screen, user can touch the screen by hand. and we adopts industrialcomputer, more stable when cutting. And also the machine come with cypcut software, it is easy to operate.
Double cameras monitoring system can monitor the internal and external state of the machine at any time to ensure safe cutting.
AUTOMATIC FOCUSING LASER HEAD
The automatic focusing laser head has a built-in motor drive unit that automatically drive the focusing mirror to change it's position through a linear mechanism to complete the rapid perforation of the thick plate and automatically cut different thicknesses plates and materials.
