The Picture as below is turnkey 800L/7bbl micro brewery beer equipjment customized for other customers. The brewhouse based oncombined three vessel structure: Mash/Lauter /whirlpool tun +Brew kettle.Just mean one combined vessel of Mash/lauter tun on top, the whirlpool tun on bottom; And one separated vessel of brew kettle. With this structure, the whirlpooling will not being influenced if you prefer to use electric heating. As now the brew kettle is one separated tank with electric heating coil inside.
Besides, this tructure will help to saves you some foortpint on site, but need higher ceiling height.
This set of micro beer brewing equipment as below with two vessel brewhouse, Mash/Lauter+Kettle/Whirlpool tun + HLT. Just mean one combined vessel with mash/latuer tun on top, the whirlpool tun on bottom. And one separated vessel of brew kettle. Many of our customers prefer to use Electric heating for the 7bbl brewhouse, Or with limited footpint. Do not worry about it! This structure is a choice~ Jacketed Fermenters
Most micro breweries today use cylindro-conical vessels, or CCVs, which have a conical bottom and a cylindrical top. The cone apertureis typically around 60°, an angle that will allow the yeast to flow towards the cone's apex, but is not so steep as to take up too much vertical space. CCVs can handle both fermenting and conditioning in the same tank. At the end of fermentation, the yeast and other solids which have fallen to the cone's apex can be simply flushed out of a port at apex.
