Care and Use Instructions
1.Hand wash and do not microwave.
2.Do not immerse in boiling water, use warm water and mild detergent only.
3.Don't use metal spoons (bamboo teaspoons are hip now anyway).
4.Do not hold these glasses under the automatic ice dispensers, falling ice may break the glass, scoop ice by hand only.
5.Every glass has a small hole on the bottom, covered by a plastic sealant. Please do not peel this off, or it will no longer be waterproof in between.                             
6.Cleaning method: When cleaning dirt such as tea dirt, toothpaste is recommended. Parents should pay attention to it. The glass is very slippery.When cleaning, be careful not to drop into the sink. We use high borosilicate glass, low expansion rate, high strength, high hardness, high transmittance and high chemical stability of special glass materials, so it is not easy to break.



2.How about the workmanship of your products? Are they leaky?
Our work is very delicate and not omitted. The glue spots on the bottom of the cup are technical requirements, not workmanship defects.


3.Why are there bubbles? 
 A bubble is an important feature of distinguishing mechanism from manual manufacture. The air in glass paste is not excluded and formed, which belongs to normal condition.


4.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
 
We are manufacturer which are specialized in high borosilicate glass are for 30 years. Although our international sales department is new established， we could support you to expend market  our by professional skills and various developed models.
 
 
5.Are you selling the mug in set?
 
Yes, we sell the mug in set of 2 / 4 / 6 according to the size of each mug. Selling in set will make the Air shipping cost more reasonable on each piece of mug.
 
 
6. What is your standard packaging？
 
We use 3-layer E-type corrugated white box with EPE protective foam inside. It is so strong that the package will arrive at your address in very good condition.  
 
 
7. What if I received the glass broken?
 
Usually our packing method is good enough to protect the glass mugs but if the accident happens, we are responsible for the arrived broken ones, and will compensate you with a new piece for broken ones and absorb the air express cost.
 
 
8. Can I have my logo print on the product?  How much is it？
 
Yes, we accept logo print for MOQ 1 set. The cost depends on the color and size of your logo.  For example, single white logo in 30MM*50MM size costs USD30. The logo printing cost is one-time charge.
 
 
9. Do I need to pay the logo printing again when I place repeat order?
 
No, you don’t . The logo printing is one-time charge and you don’t have to pay it again in repeat order as long as you don’t change the color or size .
 
 
10. How can I get customized color box while I only have small orders every time?
 
The MOQ for color box is 500 pcs, this is the smallest quantity for printing factory to start production.  You can order 500 pcs color   
boxes and small quantity mugs which you need, we will keep the rest of color boxes to use in your next order.
