2. Are you selling the mug in set?

Yes, we sell the mug in set of 2 / 4 / 6 according to the size of each mug. Selling in set will make the Air shipping cost more reasonable on each piece of mug.

3. What is your standard packaging？

We use 3-layer E-type corrugated white box with EPE protective foam inside. It is so strong that the package will arrive at your address in very good condition.

4. What if I received the glass broken?

Usually our packing method is good enough to protect the glass mugs but if the accident happens, we are responsible for the arrived broken ones, and will compensate you with a new piece for broken ones and absorb the air express cost.

5. Can I have my logo print on the product? How much is it？

Yes, we accept logo print for MOQ 1 set. The cost depends on the color and size of your logo. For example, single white logo in 30MM*50MM size costs USD30. The logo printing cost is one-time charge.

6. Do I need to pay the logo printing again when I place repeat order?

No, you don’t . The logo printing is one-time charge and you don’t have to pay it again in repeat order as long as you don’t change the color or size .

7. How can I get customized color box while I only have small orders every time?

The MOQ for color box is 500 pcs, this is the smallest quantity for printing factory to start production. You can order 500 pcs color boxes and small quantity mugs which you need, we will keep the rest of color boxes to use in your next order.
