Pour your water over the coffee grounds in the filter.Use a 4:1 ratio of water to coffee. Insert the filter back into the cold brew maker.Tighten the lid and place in fridge. Let your cold brew steep for 12-18 hours. Remove the filter before serving.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for the dispenser?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable, sample fee is around USD20.

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 500 units

A: 2 units MOQ, we pack 18 units per carton.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample and small quantity order. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
