Yellow jacket insulation pipe, the raw material mainly includes seamless steel pipe and seam steel pipe.The raw material of yellow jacket insulation pipe mainly includes seam steel pipe and seamless steel pipe.Yellow jacket polyurethane insulation pipe commonly used thermal insulation material is rigid polyurethane foam plastics, applicable temperature is - 185 ~ 120 ℃.This kind of material texture is soft, in order to improve its strength, add a layer of high density polyethylene layer on the outside of the heat insulation layer, form a composite material structure, in order to prevent groundwater infiltration inside the heat insulation layer.The yellow jacket insulation pipe structure mainly includes working steel pipe layer, polyurethane insulation layer and high-density polyethylene protective layer.The outermost layer is covered with black or yellow polyethylene plastic prefabricated to a certain wall thickness.The black one is called the black jacket tube, and the yellow one is called the yellow jacket tube.Its function is to protect the polyurethane insulation layer from mechanical damage, the other is anticorrosive, waterproof.High-density polyethylene and polyurethane foamed insulation steel tubes are subject to standards SY/ t114-2000 and SY/ t115-2001
