Usage
HDR500-OP Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor can both test ovulation and early pregnant.
According to different package type of the Test Stick (Include 7 or 20 LH Test Sticks & 2 pregnant HCG Test Sticks), it can test the ovulation first, and then to test pregnancy to understand whether pregnant or not. The Monitor will distinguish LH or HCG Test Stick automatic identification and the corresponding detection, test results are given directly by the LCD panel.
HDR500-O Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor can test ovulation.
HDR500-P Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor can test early pregnant.

Tips:
1.Test around the same time every day .
2. Reduce your liquid intake approximately 2 hours prior to testing.
3. Do not urinate for at least 2 hours prior to testing.
4. Do not start test if miss the testing day, wait until next menstruation.
How to use
To ensure that you use the Monitor correctly,read the instructions carefully.
Step 1 Ready to test
Remove the Test Stick from the foil wrapper,for HDR300-OP/ HDR500-OP Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor make sure to distinguish between the LH Test Stick (See Figure 2 ) to the HCG Test Stick (See Figure 3 ), before apply urine to the Test Stick, it must be inserted in the Test Holder.
To ensure that you use the Monitor correctly,read the instructions carefully.
Step 1 Ready to test
Remove the Test Stick from the foil wrapper,for HDR300-OP/ HDR500-OP Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor make sure to distinguish between the LH Test Stick (See Figure 2 ) to the HCG Test Stick (See Figure 3 ), before apply urine to the Test Stick, it must be inserted in the Test Holder.

Operation Tips:
1. According to the testing requirement choose the LH Test Stick for ovulation predictor; choose the HCG Test Stick for pregnancy test.
2 .The Test Stick must be inserted into the Test Holder before apply urine to the absorbent tip.
Step 2 Assemble the test
Find the arrow mark on the Test Stick and Test Holder; insert the Test Stick into the Test Holder by opposite the arrow mark and locked, the Monitor will send out a slightly “tick” sound and automatically identified the type of the Test Stick, the “LH” or “HCG” will appear on the Display accordingly. The Symbol “LH” on the screen shows ovulation as Figure, and the symbol “HCG” on the screen shows early pregnancy test as figure.

If you choose the type of “ TSP-LH” or“TSP-HCG” of the Test Stick, after inserted the Test Holder, turn over the protection cover on the Monitor, avoid the urine splashed.(See Figure 6)

Operation Tips:
1. Ensure the direction of the arrow mark correctly.
Step 3 Do the test
Hold the ended of the Monitor , place the Absorbent Sampler, pointing downwards in your urine steam for 5 seconds.
Or test a sample of your urine collected in a clean and dry container. Dip just the Absorbent Sample in your collected urine for 15 seconds.

If you choose the type of “ TSP-LH” or“TSP-HCG” of the Test Stick , after drench the urine , one hand holding the ended of the Monitor, and the other hand open the protection cover and turn it over to the head of the Monitor, exposing the Display to show your result. (See Figure 8)

Operation Tips:
1. Do not absorb urine unless the steady “LH” or “HCG” symbol shows on the Display
2. To get an accurate test result, make sure to keep the Test Stick absorb urine fully .
Step 4 Wait for result
After drench the urine, laid the Monitor on a flat surface with the Display facing up. The symbol of “LH” or “HCG” will be flicker means testing

The Monitor will show the result around 5 minutes, the ovulation test result as Figure 11,the pregnancy test result as Figure 12. The Monitor of the type HDR500-OP has the indication voice of "Beeps" to prompt to see the result. .

LH+:You have reached your most fertile time and should ovulate within the next 24-36 hours. Have intercourse at any time during the next 24-36 hours to maximize your chances of becoming pregnant. There is needless for further testing during this cycle.
LH-:No LH surge detected, use a new Test Stick to do the test again at the same time tomorrow.
HCG+:The test result is pregnant, you should see your doctor who can advise you on what steps you should take next.
HCG- :You may not be pregnant, or your menstrual period has not arrived yet,the level of pregnancy hormone may not be high enough to be detected .If you test too early, please test again during your menstrual period. If your period is overdue, test again in 3 days, if the result shows “No pregnant” and you still have not had your period, please see your doctor.
Step 6 Eject the Test Stick
After you have read the result, press the Ejection Buttons on the Monitor to remove the Test Stick.Tips:
1. The result of your test can only be read on the Display, you can not determine your result from any lines that you see on the Test Stick.
2. The Test Stick is not reusable.
3.Dispose of the Test Stick with your normal household waste.
4. After you finish your test, please eject the Test Stick and store the Test Holder for next test.
5. Whether the result will be disappeared, when you eject the Test Stick the result will be show on the LCD screen again.

1. How does the Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor work?
With the women’s menstrual cycle,Ovaries will ovulate regularly,before 24-36 hours of ovulation,the LH level in women’s urine will be increase rapidly and the LH-Surge will be appeared,then the LH level will be declined. HDR300-OP Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor use intelligent technology by detecting LH Surge to predict ovulation time. Then through the LCD displays the test result, after 2 days is the best time of get pregnant, and to have sex in this period will increase the pregnancy rate.
When you are pregnant, your body produces the pregnancy Hormone HCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin), the amount of the HCG in your body increases by stages of pregnancy period. The HCG level will be double through 2-3 days,it will be decreased until the week 10.

2. When should I start to take the ovulation test?
You should know your usual menstrual cycle and check it from the Table 1
3. I do not know my usual menstrual cycle. How do I know when I start to do the ovulation test?
If you do not know your usual menstrual cycle, suggest to observing one of your menstrual cycles at least to make sure the length before your start to use this monitor. (Check from Table 1).
If you want to do the test immediately, we recommend you to calculate according to cycle for 27 days, and start testing on Day 10. However, it is possible you make miss you LH surge (For Individual differences) because you have started testing too late.
4. If my menstrual cycle is outside of the range shown in the table 1, how will I know when to start ovulation testing?
If your cycle is less than 21 days , please start testing on Day 5, if your cycle is more than 40 days, start testing 17 days before your expect your next period.
5. When I start to use this monitor for pregnancy test?
You can do the test up to 4 days before your period is due. If not very urgent, from the beginning of the menstrual period ,it is the best time to do the test. If you do the test before your period is due, suggested to use morning urine, the time can be optional after that period. If have irregular cycles, you should allow for your longest cycle in recent months before testing. Or do the test no less than 19 days after the last time you had unprotected sex. If your result is “HCG-” , but you still suspect this result , maybe you have test too early , the level of the HCG is too low , we suggest you to do the test again in your period time .
6. I have used all of Test Sticks, but I have not yet detected my LH Surge, what should I do?
The number of LH Test Sticks in the package will be sufficient to do the test for most women. In addition, some women do not ovulate every cycle and therefore will not see an LH surge in such cycles. If you can not detect your LH surge for 3 cycles, please see your doctor.
7. I have used this monitor for several months, but I am not pregnant, can I be sure of getting pregnant?
If you want become pregnant, it can take serial months. Multi-factor influence that why you may not become pregnancy even if you have been able to intercourse at your most fertile time. If you are not successful after few months, you should consult your doctor.
8. How accurate is the Digital Pregnancy &Ovulation Monitor?
The Monitor is over 99% accurate in detected the typical LH&HCG in laboratory studies.
9. Do I need to use all the Test Sticks ?
No. you can stop testing when detect your LH surge. If you need to test next period make sure to check the expiration date.
10. After I open the Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor for few minutes, but forget to inhale the urine samples, and then the symbol of the Display has disappeared, what should I do?
You need to eject the Test Stick from the Monitor and insert it again.
11. Can I buy more Test Sticks or Can I use the Test Sticks from the other manufacturers?
Test Sticks is not sold separately. Monitor need to identify the Test Stick. If you insert the Test Stick from the other manufacturer into the Test Holder, it is not workable normally.
12. If the Monitor gets wet, how do I do?
If the Monitor gets wet you should wipe it clean immediately. Few of splashing will not damage the Monitor, but if the urine into the Monitor that may cause damage.
13. Does the test result can be determined by testing line on the Test Stick?
No. The result of your test can only be read on the Display, you can not determine your result from any lines that you see on the Test Stick.
14. How long will show my result on the Display?
The test result will keep display for 30 minutes and then goes blank.
If your Test Stick is still inserted and the Display is now blank, eject the Test Stick and your result will re-appear for one minute.
15. Can any medication or medical conditions effect the result ?
For pregnancy test:
Fertility drugs containing HCG can give misleading results. Other fertility therapies, painkillers and hormonal contraceptives (e.g. birth control pills) should not affect the result. Some ill such as Uterine tumors, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy, mole or menopausal patients, or who have recently been pregnant (but not carried to full term), you may get a false “pregnant” result.
For ovulation test:
Certain medical conditions and certain physical conditions may adversely affect the reliability of this test for predicting ovulation. For example, if you are actually pregnant, have recently been pregnant, Hypothyroidism, have reached menopause or have polycystic ovarian syndrome, you may get a misleading result. This may also be true if you are taking fertility drugs containing Latinizing Hormone or human Chronic Gonadotrophin. If you are undergoing therapy with Clomiphene citrate, please consult your doctor for the appropriate time to beginning testing.
16. How can I buy the Test Sticks with protective cover? What is its effect?
The Test Stick with protective cover is optional, the type is TSP-LH or TSP-HCG, and you only need to select your desired type.
Urination process is unavoidable causes urine shower splash on the Monitor can make pollution. If you choose a Test Stick with protective cover, it will protect the Monitor. So the Monitor always keeps clean to prepare for the next test.
17. How many types of Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor?
There has three types of the Digital ovulation/pregnancy Monitor,include:
HDR300-P For early pregnancy test(include 1 Test Holder ,2 HCG Test Sticks)
HDR300-O For ovulation prediction (include 1 Test Holder, 7 or 20 LH Test Sticks)

18. What is the meaning of a symbol “+-”has appeared on the Display?
An error flag, it means an error has occurred during testing or the test method is not correct, you should test again using a new Test Stick taking care to follow the instructions.
19. What is the meaning of a symbol“LH+-”Or “HCG+-”has appeared on the Display?
An error flag. It means the Monitor was abnormal, it can not be reused. Please use a new monitor to continue testing.
