The metal forms shall be made from hot rolled steel plate with minimum thickness of 2.65mm.
The yield stress, ultimate tensile stress and elongation of the steel used shall be more than 245 N/mm2, 400 N/mm2and 25% respectively.•U-CLIPS
The yield stress, ultimate tensile stress and elongation of the U-clip shall be more than 245N/mm2, 400/mm2 and 25% respectively. The U-clip shall be galvanized by electroplated coating with minimum 8 microns thickness in accordance with BS1760 or approve equivalent.
The diameter of the U-clip shall be 13mm ±0.3mm. The shape and dimensions of U-clips to be supplied can be the similar as HDB’s existing stock or otherwise.
