Below is a case that we did a test for one of our Canada customer by gold shaking table. His 27kg allvial gold ore samples were tested on the shaking table firstly, then used the mercury to collect the gold, thirdly burned the gold sand. Finally we got a small piece of gold.

I.The Application of gold vibrating table
Gold vibrating table is the last process machine in processing and gold recovering line.it is a mine separation device for fine minerals working by gravity,the effective input size scope is 0.02-2mm.
except to separate gold.it is also effective in processing and recovering multi-metals.rare metal and non-matellic minerals.such as silver.Tin,Tantalum,Iron,Zircon.and so on.
there have several commer types of gold shaker table to select:the model depend on the mineral process capacity.
II.Structure of gold vibrating table
The main structure is simple.are composed by Motor,Head Motion,Support,and the deck.
The important part is Deck.there have several decks in our factory.how to select the right deck:depend on the ore granuliraty as belowe reference:
Coarse ore: 0.5-2mm (46 slots) gold vibrating table
Fine Sand: 0.074-0.5mm (60.88 slots) gold vibrating table
Slim Sand: 0.05-0.074mm (136 .150slots) gold vibrating table
Common: 110.120 slots gold vibrating table
III.work principle of gold vibrataing table
The beneficiation process is worked on the tilting deck with grooves. Feed the material into ore feeding port and water into water feeding port. It effected by impulsive force of the horizontal water flow, inertia force and frictional force caused by the asymmetric reciprocating movement of the deck. Then the mineral particles are separated based on theirr different specific gravity and particle size to form a fan-shape. Finally, the material are separeted and discharged as concentrates, middlings and tailings.
