The Seller procedures :
1)Buyers issues ICPO with full banking coordinates
2)Seller issue draft contract. Buyer and seller sign and seals
3)Seller will issue pro-froma invoice
4)Buyer issue 122 days validity SWIFT MT 799 blocked funds for lift able quantity (500k BBL)
5)Seller will send full PoP for the first shipment (DTA TSR by IISL; origin certificate)
6)Upon Buyer's verification and acceptance of seller's full PoP, lift commence with IISL Q&Q Survey Report
7)Buyer releases payment through SWIFT MT 103 after product discharge at Buyer's destination port. Following monthly deliveries will take place as per contract shipping documents for immediate negotiation
8)After buyer's payment for lift product, Buyer will issue one month contract value IRDLC SWIFT MT 700 (monthly value)Or increasing SWIFT MT799; Seller completes full PoP for monthly delivery and issues 2% PB
Additional Seller’s clarification on procedures and delivery
Buyer guarantees payment by122 days validity SWIFT MT 799 blocked funds 500k BBL valuelater remaining monthly quantity (to complete the first month contract) by increasing SWIFT MT 799 value or issuing IRDLC SWIFT MT700;
1) Seller shall supply 500k BBL first shipment
2) Within five banking days upon the product discharge, payment will be made by SWIFT MT103; thereafter the remaining monthly quantity after increasing th SWIFT MT 799 value or issuing IRDLC SWIFT 700
3) Seller will follow normal supply of monthly contract quantities for 2ndmonth shipment onwards after Buyer’s Bank issues the requested financial instrument
