Drinking Straw extrusion Line
TS-50 series drinking straw extrusion line is a set of drinking straw production line, using polypropylene (PP) as raw materials, with the use of masterbatch, after melting, extrusion, shaping, cooling, pulling, cutting, then produce colorless, color, two-color, three-color drink straw. With the mold, or other auxiliary equipment, TS-50 series is also suitable for extruding a variety of tube similar to the drinking straw , and such of sheet in small size, can be used with wide range of applications, for example: Drinking straws, Lollipop sticks, Coffee stirring stick, ball-pen refill, Cotton swab sticks, brake pipe and some pipe use for the industry.
.Application of machine:
This production line mainly used for making drinking straw and nozzle tube or ballon stick, according to different requirements, equipped with different extruders, can make single and multi-color drinking straw or nozzle tube. The products are widely used for perfume and hair/bath shampoo.

1, Q: If I need the machine urgently, what will you do?
If we have some machines in our warehouse and the machine match your demands, we can ship the machine to you within 7days after testing.
2,Q: If my machine can not work when I receive it, what will your factory do?
First of all, do not worry about the thing, we will test the machine before shipment. And if it happened, we will send our engineer to your factory to repair the machine
3,Q: If my machine is broken within one year, what your factory will do?
Just send us some pictures and our engineer will analysis the reason, and send you broken parts for free.
4, Q: How can I believe your factory and machines?
We have CE, ISO certificates. And we have customers all around the world, we can test the machine after it finished and you check, if it can not reach your demands, we will change, or even give back your deposit.
5,Q: How many days needed to finish the machine and what is about the payment?
Normally we use T/T payment. And normal machine need 45 working days. If we have the same machine in storage, it can be finished with 7 working days.
