PLA Polylactic Acid Plastic is a kind of biodegradable plastics, mainly choose corn, cassava etc. As the raw material is green polymer materials and environmentally friendly products.
This production line adopts environmental protection foaming agent and double extruder tandem type high foam manufacturing technique. It is our company independent research and development, which filled the domestic blank, reached the international advanced level, has a number of invention patent and utility model patents.
The PLA sheet products produced by this line is mainly used in food packaging field, as fast food box (tray). It is used to replace polystyrene foamed sheet, eliminate the white pollution, has good application prospect, greatly solve the problem of white pollution and consumption of petroleu.

Product Application
With the increasing concerning about ecological environment, there is a growing interesting in green plastic materials. Recently, foaming poly (lactic acid) as a typical biodegradable polymer was widely used in package filed, especially in food package field due to its good ductility, impact resistance and relatively low cost. As a consequence, many electronic components, famous wine, flesh meat and fish, drugs chose PLA foams as package materials. In this paper, the properties of PLA foams, effects of processing parameters on quality of PLA foams and usage in package field were introduced.
Packing & Delivery
Standard export packaging:
1. Apply anti-rust oil to the equipment easy rusty part and carry out anti-rust treatment.
2. The whole machine was wrapped with stretch film for protection, and the equipment control cabinet and other components are protected against shock with packaging materials like XPS foam board and EPE foam sheet.
3. Reinforce easy-move part of the equipment.
4. Put desiccant before packaging to avoid rusting equipment during sea transportation.
5. Use New Zealand imported bluish pine wood or American Douglas fir wood as the bottom support, 12mm multi-layer plywood for side panels, all wood fumigated. We cooperated with experienced and professional exported wooden packaging manufacturing enterprises to make final package.

A1:The Seller will guarantee the machine for 18 months since the date of shipment(that is leaving from Seller’s factory) or the Seller will guarantee the machine for 12 months since the date of starting installation and adjustment, whichever comes first.

A2:Min order quantity:1 set or by negotiate with each other.
Q3:What package do you use for the product?
A3: Be Coated with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film, then packed in wooden box.
