Especially suitable for twin-screw extrusion process.
Do not contain any resin carrier, content is more than 98%, high degree of freedom for formula.
This particle shape is cylindrical, specifications: diameter of 2.5mm long about 3--6mm
This product has passed the coupling agent coated modification. Can be well dispersed in the resin.
In use process, no flying dust produced, it is good for clean environment and employee’s health.
The proportion of particle increased comparing with powder, in the twin screw extruder. In this way, blanking is more even and quick and does not return, quality is more stable, improve the work efficiency.
The loading degree will augment to 50%.
