4. How long can I expect to get the samples?
After you pay the sample charge and send us /confirm/ied files, the sample will be ready in 5-7days. Then sample will be sent to you via express and arrive in 5-7 working days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
5. Can you design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect packing boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for /confirm/iation.
6. Can we use our own brand on the product, even on the packing box?
Yes, OEM/ODM is available for you. Please send us your brand or logo details during the negotiation and assure the brand is your own and legal for you to use.
7. How can I place an order?
You can contact any of our sales person for an order. Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the exactly offer at the first time.
8. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The leading time of MOQ is about 30 to 50 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry three months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
