This polyimideheating element is a kind of thin film type electric heater. The heating parts arenickel chrome wires or 0.05 mm~0.10mm thick nickel chrome foils etched to some certain shapes. The heating components arewrapped with heat conducting and insulating materials on both sides, and completed in high-temperature die forming and aging heat treatment. Due to its high reliability, the product is highly competitive when comparedwith other electric heating film products which normally have paste materials such as graphite paste or resistor paste, etc. coated on insulation materials. As a kind of soft red film which can be applied closely on different curved surfaces, the silastic heater can be fabricated in various shapes and powers.
Descriptions:1. Fast heating with a coefficient of heat conductivity of only 1W/m.k. Due to its small thermal capacity, prompt turn on/off can be achieved.
2. High thermal efficiency: The temperature of electric heating film itself is only tens of centidegrees higher than that of the liquid when heating, which is 2-3 times energy saving than ordinary electric stoves.
3. Water, acid and alkali resistance, high-strength of electric insulation.
4. High mechanical strength with 100kg/cm² mechanical pressure.

1.What is the MOQ?
The minimum order quantity of this product is generally 1000PCS. Unit prices vary with the order quantities. The lower the unit price will drop, the higher the order quantity is.
Considering the actual needs of customers, we do accept smaller quantity orders less than MOQ 1000PCS. For less than MOQ orders, higher unit price rates will apply.
2. What is your sample policy?
We offer samples for free on the condition that the buyer pays for the freight. The sample quantity is usually 5PCS, which is enough for testing. If more samples are needed, the customer may apply for more.
3.How to pay for the freight cost?
As we offer samples for free to show our sincerity for the business, the buyer is supposed to pay for the freight of sample delivery. The first priority choice of freight payment is the buyer's account for freight collect with DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS and other international courier service providers.
If the buyer doesn't have any above-mentioned courier accounts, the buyer is supposed to prepay the freight cost that is quoted to and agreed by the buyer before sample preparation. We accept small amount payments by PayPal or T/T.
