FAQ
1. What is reconstituted veneer?
Reconstituted veneers are produced from rotary cut veneers, and dyed in most cases. The sheets of the rotary cut veneers are laminated together to form a block. The block is then sliced so that the edges of the laminated veneer become the “grain” of the reconstituted veneer.
2. What are the designs available for reconstituted veneers?
Since this is a recomposed veneer product, we can copy almost all the natural species grain patterns as long as we have enough imagination and necessary technologies.
3. What thickness is available?
Generally the thickness ranges from 0.15 mm to 3.0 mm, depending on the different applications.
4. Can I have the samples?
Yes, samples are available. We can deliver A4 size pieces or bigger sheets by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT …
5. What is the MOQ?
We are flexible in the order volume. You can take just 1 or 2 pallets, shipping by LCL.
6. What is the lead time?
We have periodical supplies in every 20 days for any regular orders within 2 containers. Delays may happen when the reconstituted blocks are in shortage, the product is customized, or Force Majeure occurs.
