1.All pipeline heat preservation
- All pipeline has jacket heat preservation, when the melting point of material is higher than room temperature, will not congeal in pipeline.
- Different heat preservation temperature:
Generally, the heavy and light melting point and fluidity of the material after distillation are different, the heavy melting point is high, its liquidity is poor, the light quality melting point is relatively low, and its fluidity is good.
Our equipment has two sets of heating circulating water tanks, which can control different temperatures respectively.
The heat preservation temperature of heavy is higher, to improve its liquidity. The heat preservation temperature of light is relatively lower, so that the heating temperature of the material should be as low as possible, so as to reduce the thermal effect of the heat-sensitive material.2.Dual external cold trap design
Dual cold trap form introduction:
-Refrigerator cooling (process cold trap) + liquid nitrogen cooling (protect the cold trap, protect vacuum pump).
-Water cooling (process cold trap) + refrigerator cooling (protect the cold trap, protect vacuum pump).
-Dual cold trap configuration can be used as a thin film evaporator to concentrate the solvent.
Dual cold trap form advantages:
-Equipped external condenser which has 1 square meter heat exchange area, internal connect low temperature cooling liquid cooling, make this equipment has the function of the molecular distillation and thin film evaporation at the same time. Though only 1 set equipment to complete the multistage effect of film degassing and molecular distillation separation.
-Equipped liquid nitrogen cold trap, temperature could reach 200 degree centigrade, can full collection of the light materials. The materials you charging to do research and materials you collected can achieve the quality balance.
-After adding the liquid nitrogen cold trap and collect the light completely, no light material enters into the vacuum oil pump, and the vacuum keep stable, the replacement cycle of vacuum pump oil is greatly extended.3 Why choose dual cold trap
-Because of the degassing during the sample pretreatment, the light components are less, so must be condensed and then distilled.
