TOP Y Duplex Mini Version Doypack Machine 100ml to 2L Chocolate Syrup Body Oil Liquid Detergent Side Spout Pouch Packing Machine

Mini Doypack Machine MDP models are new-updated compact version pouch pick fill seal packing machine for various pre-made bags. It is very helpful for small production or upgrade to complete production line. Pneumatic system is used for safe operation and easy maintenance. Automatic operation from SUCK BAG-OPEN BAG-FILLING-SEALING-COMPLETE. Moreover, depending on product condition and pouch type, main menu settings can be set on the screen, and multiple pouch type can run on the same machine by suction position adjusting.

3. From pouch pick up- open - fill - seal to output which is controlled by PLC
4. Automatic breakdown detection and solution is displayed on the screen clearly.




The machine uses packaging film material from a single roll, apply to the bag type has pillow bag, gusset bags of blocked bottom bags, seal type bags.

This machine is also used for liquid, paste and oil products with like as ketchup, cooking oil, salad dressing, milk, fruit juice, laundry detergetn, gel mask, shower gel, body oil, etc.

Piston Fillers For Liquid and Paste ProductsThese Piston Fillers are propelled by the volumetric piston and the filling volume can be adjusted by the production line and meet the capacity requirement. They are routinely used for filling liquids, gels, fruit fillings, cream fillings, salsas, hummus, barbecue sauce, sauces, and more/ a standard low to medium viscosity liquid filling application.

need for electricity.
